2. What we offer on these sites
The sites present our web development, digital marketing and related services, and let you request a review, a quote or a meeting.
The information published is general and for reference only. It is not a binding offer: the scope, price and deadlines of each project are defined in a written proposal and in the contract we sign with you.
3. Reference prices
- Prices shown with the word “from” are minimum reference amounts for each plan. The final amount depends on the scope and is confirmed in writing in the proposal.
- Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include taxes.
- The currency shown depends on the country you choose (Peruvian soles for Peru, US dollars for other countries). We may update reference prices at any time; this does not affect proposals already accepted.
4. Deadlines, guarantees and payment
The deadlines, performance targets (for example, the Google PageSpeed score), guarantees and payment terms shown on the sites describe how we usually work. The ones that apply to your project are those written in the proposal and contract, which prevail over the information on the sites.
Deadlines are counted in business days from when we receive the information and access we need from you.
5. Free review
The review or initial meeting is free and does not oblige you to hire us. It is an indicative assessment based on available information and public tools; its results are not a guarantee of future results.
6. Results
We follow best practices to improve your website's speed, ranking and conversion, but no provider can guarantee specific positions on Google or a given sales volume, because they depend on external factors such as search engine algorithms, competition and the market.
Mentions of Google, Google PageSpeed, WhatsApp or other brands are descriptive only. BeSocial is not affiliated with those companies.
7. Intellectual property
The texts, designs, logos, images and code of these sites belong to BeSocial or its licensors. You may not copy, modify or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Ownership of the code, domain and hosting of the projects we build for our clients is governed by each contract.
8. Acceptable use
You agree to use the sites lawfully, to provide truthful information in the forms and not to attempt to damage, overload or gain unauthorized access to the sites or their systems.
9. Links to other sites
The sites may include links to third-party pages (for example WhatsApp or Google). We are not responsible for their content or policies; we recommend reviewing them.
